About the owner

CORE Designs was founded in 2008 by Ryan Carstensen. An accomplished builder and designer, Ryan has always prided himself on craftsmanship, artistry and excellence. His commitment to fair practices for home buyers has turned a small operation into a company whose name is synonymous with quality and design. Those ideals are reflected in his 15 years of hands-on experience in construction of all scales: from cabinetry to complete home design.

With a degree in Architecture from Iowa State University, Ryan continues to design homes across the Quad Cities, ensuring that every project bearing the CORE name meets his superb property standards.
